REGULATION AND GUIDELINES FOR SPORTS FISHING IN CASTELLARANO (RE)

Over three hundred meters in length and 10 meters deep, the renowned Lake San Valentino is the largest, deepest and most uncontaminated reservoir in the province of Reggio Emilia.

ITTIC VARIETIES PRESENT

In the San Valentino Lake there are many varieties of fish, some indigenous, other introduced.

We appreciagte if you would make us aware of the capture or sighting of any fish.

In case of the capture of a new variety not reported in the above list, it is requested to retain the fish and contact the secretarial offices.

ACCESS TO THE LAKE

Access to Lake San Valentino and to fishing activities is allowed:

a) to the Members of the San Valentino Golf Club, to their families and their guests every day, except on Tuesdays, from 10 am to 7 pm.

b) to Guests and Non-Members, not exceeding 30 daily and upon payment of a regular fee set at € 20.00. You have previously requested and confirmed presence through the Secretariat Offices, which will issue the relative title access with a receipt. These Guests are not allowed access to other facilities reserved for members of the San Valentino Golf Club with the exception of catering services: it is’ always possible to access the Bar-Restaurant ” il Golfino “, regularly open to the public with a regular administrative license.

GUIDELINES AND TECHNICAL REGULATIONS

Art. 1 – Object of the activity -Regulation and Sanctions

This internal regulation was approved on May 31, 2003, in compliance with the current Articles of Association and extends to all sectors of activity carried out on Lake San Valentino and commits all the Members and those who are admitted to the structures. will incur disciplinary sanctions, including expulsion or temporary inhibition of access to and use of facilities.

Access to Lake San Valentino and to fishing activities is allowed:

a) to the Members of the San Valentino Golf Club, to their families and their guests every day, except on Tuesdays, from 10 am to 7 pm.

b) to Guests and Non-Members, in the maximum number of 30 daily accesses and upon payment of a regular fee set at € 20.00 that have previously requested and confirmed their presence through the Secretariat Offices, which will issue the relative title access with a receipt, these Guests are not allowed access to other facilities reserved for members of the San Valentino Golf Club with the exception of catering services: it is’ always possible to access the Bar-Restaurant ” il Golfino “, regularly open to the public with a regular administrative license.

Art. 2 – Fishing Rules

2A) FISHING IS PERMITTED ONLY WITH THE CATCH & RELEASE TECHNIQUE

(CATTURE AND RELEASE). CONTEMPORARY USE OF MORE THAN 1 CANE IS PROHIBITED;

2 B) IT IS FORBIDDEN TO REMOVE OR IMMEDIATELY VARIETIES OF ANY NATURE;

2C) FISHING IS PERMITTED EXCLUSIVELY WITH A SINGLE LOVE WITHOUT ARDIGLIONE, IN ORDER NOT TO ARRECT DAMAGES TO CATCHED FISH;

2D) ARE EXCLUSIVELY ALLOWED VEGETAL OR ARTIFICIAL

IT IS FORBIDDEN TO USE SILICONE HIKES OF LENGTH OF LESS THAN 5 CM AND WITH LOVE LOWER THAN 4;

2E) SPINNING AND FISHING FOR PREDATORS:

THE PREDATORS MUST BE RELEASED FROM THE LOVE DIRECTLY FROM THE WATER, NOT DROPPED ON THE RIVER AND NOT RAISED OR GRANTED WITH HANDS, NOT TO ARRECT DAMAGE TO SCALES AND DO NOT CAUSE THE LOSS OF THE MUCO;

2 F) CARP FISHING:

IT IS MANDATORY TO USE A PVC WET LINED, ON WHICH THE FISH IS DURING SLAB OPERATIONS, DISINFECTION AND CONSEQUENT RELEASE;

2 G) THE WIRE MUST HAVE A THICKNESS NOT LOWER THAN 20 DIAMETER;

2 H) IT IS OBLIGATORY TO POSSESS A PLIER OR A SLOVER IDEAL;

2 I) THE CONTACT WITH THE FISH MUST ALWAYS BEEN WITH WET HANDS;

2 H) IT IS MANDATORY, DURING THE LAUNCHING PHASES, TO CHECK THAT NEITHER THEY ARE PRESENT OTHER PEOPLE OR SITUATIONS OF INTRALCIO OF ANY KIND. IN CASE OF INCIDENT THE LIABILITY WILL BE INTENDED TO END THE LANCIANT SUBJECT;

FINALLY REQUIRED THE MOST IMPORTANT ATTENTION DURING THE PHASE OF RECOVERY AND RELEASE OF THE CATTURED PEOPLE, IN THE GENERAL RESPECT OF THE FAUNA ITTICA, THE FLORA AND OF ALL THE CONTEXT OF LAGO SAN VALENTINO, ALWAYS RESPECTING THE RULES OF GOOD EDUCATION AND LOOKING THE MOST STRICT SILENCE .
